Random App Crashes in clr.dll

The problem happens on .Net 4 and windows 2008 server 64 bit, application crashes random

Possible fix:
Install package
1. KB982638  ARS: QFE to fix remoting regressions from Whidbey
2.Windows update/ VS2010 servicepack1 installation
3. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Reliability Update 1 (KB2533523)

UPDATE: The real thing that solved was to execute the program with startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true" option.
